🔪 Preperation:
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) or prepare grill/air fryer.
Pat wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Raw chicken wings are ready for marinating. let it rest for 30 minutes.
Oven-Baked:
Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
Bake 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp.
Grilled:
Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
Air Fried:
Air fry at 400°F for 22–24 minutes, shaking halfway through.
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Whisk in hot sauce, BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and vinegar. Simmer 3–4 mins until smooth.
Toss cooked wings in warm Buffalo BBQ sauce until fully coated.
Serve immediately with celery, ranch or blue cheese dip.

- Drying wings is key to crisping—don’t skip it!
- Sauce can be made ahead and stored for 5 days.
- For spicier wings, double the hot sauce or add cayenne.
