 ½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  cup BBQ sauce (smoky or sweet)
 4 tbsp unsalted butter
 1 tbsp honey
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp tsp apple cider vinegar for tang (Optional)
